Accommodation - The Executive Organizer of ICOSECS5 has reserved rooms in Metropol and Bellevue hotels at special rates. Hotel reservations should be made by sending the Reservation Form to the Executive Officer no later than June 30, 2006. Thereafter the hotel accommodation will be made on request. All requests will be treated on a “first come, first serve basis” and will be subject to availability. To guarantee hotel reservations, fill prepayment is required. Hotel prices include half board and taxes.

Payments - Booking will not be processed without proper payment, to be made in Euros only, by bank transfer. After receiving the registration form the Executive Organizer will send you an invoice with instructions for payment. All questions regarding registration and accommodation should be addressed to Executive Organizer.

Cancellation - In case of changes and cancellations of accommodation a written notification should be sent to the Executive Organizer. Do not contact the hotels directly. The following cancellation fees will be deducted before refunding:

• Before September 1, 2006 – full refund less handling fee of 25 euros.
• After September 1, 2006 – you will be charged for one night.
